My professional life began in high school as a power equipment mechanician and then I graduated in the Czech Technical University in Prague as a mechanical engineer. I joined the automotive industry, which inspires me to this day.
From my experience I will mention three key ones – transfer of production from abroad, start-up and stabilization of a green field project and successful resolution of escalations from the customer.
Translated into job roles – I have experience from project management through engineering, establishing maintenance standards, industrialization, launch management, production management, safety and environmental management to whole manufacturing, operations and top management.
I offer a combination of technical, economic and humanities backgrounds that allow me to look at problems from truly different perspectives and, even with my extensive experience, to see the uniqueness and complexity of each situation.
